Aligning Health with Ambition

Many women do not see the impact that aligning their health with their ambition can have on their success, but for me it was essential to my success.


I remember saying to myself when I make more money I will have more time and resources to get healthy.


The problem was, my unhealthy habits were not only affecting my body but also my mental health.


I was struggling with confidence, motivation, brain fog, and focus.

That struggle translated to how I showed up in my business, hindering my success, and slowing down my growth and results.


The bottom line was that my poor health was hurting my bottom line.


I was failing to embrace, even as a health coach the impact my health had on my entire life.


It was my mental health struggles that really brought me back to embracing the impact that nutrition and wellness had on me as a mom, a wife, a human, and a business owner and I started embracing this one fact.

Most successful people have habits like regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and sufficient rest to maintain high energy levels and mental clarity.


These habits are foundational to their success.

Habits of Successful People

Developing the habits of successful people involves cultivating routines that enhance productivity and well-being.


I had to look at my current habits and decide what changes would have the biggest impact on my goals and health, and I set out to create new ones that supported the life I wanted to build.


The key here is to have a growth mindset—you need to view your challenges as opportunities to learn rather than insurmountable obstacles. I knew from my training in Holistic Nutrition that humans were not meant to struggle mentally or physically the way I was, so what I needed to was figure it out.


Figuring it out was something I was doing for my clients, so I dug into figuring it out for myself.


Here are some things I knew to be true...


  • Successful individuals prioritize their health with daily practices such as meditation, exercise, and a heathy diet. These habits not only boost physical health but also improve mental clarity and emotional resilience.
  • Successful people build supportive networks, surrounding themselves with individuals who inspire and motivate them.


I set out to do these things for myself. By integrating these habits into my daily life I began to feel more confident, motivated and capable of building my dream life. I found support in coaches and communities that helpme reach my goals and my life started to move closer to my dream life.

My Top Health Tips For Goal Driven Women


If you're like me, you are often juggling numerous responsibilities, between your business and family, it can seem like prioritizing your health is just another thing.


So I started with something that didn't take more time, and that was nutrition, I was already cooking so I changed what I was cooking to the foods that let my body feel its best and optimized my mental health.


Regular physical activity was harder to get into my routine, but I knew consistent exercise would boost my energy levels and enhance my mental focus. So I found ways to do it with my family or even multitask a walk or peloton ride while reading books on marketing or industry-relevant topics.


Hydration is another simple yet powerful health tip; ensure you're drinking enough water throughout the day to stay energized and alert, as a health coach I always have to remind you to get your daily dose of electrolytes, so many of us are dehydrated because we do not have the electrolytes to move the water into the cells. Its amazing how much more brain power a hydrated brain has!


Additionally, manage stress through mindfulness practices like meditation or yoga, which can help maintain emotional well-being. Prioritize sleep by establishing a consistent bedtime routine, as quality rest is crucial for overall health.


By integrating these health tips into your daily life, you're laying a solid foundation for personal and professional success, proving that health truly is wealth.
