We all know that eating healthy is good for you, right? Like, it’s a given. You feel better, your energy levels go up, your skin glows, and so on. But what if I told you that food does way more than just keep you healthy? What if I told you it could actually make you happy?

I’m not going to bore you with a long lecture on serotonin, dopamine, or endorphins—the so-called "happy chemicals" the body needs to be able to make in order for you to feel good.
